Particularly good location for visiting Kaunas, it's really close to old town and new main street, and a bus connection. Sushi Lounge, where you can eat, is approx 10-15 minutes' walk from from here.

The staff here is lovely and helpful all the time, and the location is within a short walking distance to the old town, new main street, central area, and the bus station, even with 9 suitcases.

Our stay at House 22A Studio was absolutely wonderful! The location was perfect, close to shops, restaurants, and the city center. The apartment was comfortable, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The Wi-Fi was excellent and the shower had hot water all day. The owner was very responsive to all our questions and requests. we had a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend this place to others.

The location was convenient, close to the bus stop and the old town. The check-in and check-out process was easy and hassle-free. The studio had everything we needed for our short stay. The washing and drying machines in the hallway were really useful. We were able to wash our clothes and travel light. The bathroom was excellent, and it was nice to find shampoo and shower gel provided. The coffee table by the balcony was a nice touch, even though the view was affected by the construction along the road. we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
